Christmas Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions (2025)

1. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 29 November 2025 at 9:00am (ACDT) until 24 December 2025 at 5:30pm (ACDT).
All purchases made during this period will receive one entry per transaction.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents.

  • Customers of any age may enter.

  • Employees, owners and immediate family members of the business may not enter 

3. Entry Method

  • In-store purchases: Customers will fill out an entry ticket at the time of purchase.

  • Online purchases: Our team will complete an entry ticket during fulfilment.

  • Entries from earlier draws carry over into all subsequent draws

  • If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding entry may be voided.

4. Prize Details

There are four (4) prize draws, each consisting of $500 store credit.
Draws will occur at close of business (5:30pm ACDT) on:

  • 3 December 2025

  • 10 December 2025

  • 17 December 2025

  • 24 December 2025 (final draw)

  • Total prize pool: $2,000.

5. Multiple Wins

Customers may win more than once. Previous winners remain eligible for all remaining draws.

6. Store Credit Conditions

  • The $500 store credit must be used in a single transaction by 31 December 2025.

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for gift cards, gift boxes, or to pay off an existing lay-by.

  • Multiple purchases of the same item may be limited by stock availability and at our discretion.

7. Final Sale / Returns

  • Items purchased using the store credit are considered a prize once they leave the store and are final sale.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product has a manufacturer’s fault.

  • This also applies to loss or damage during postage/delivery if the winner chooses to have items shipped.

8. Online Winners & Postage

Online winners must cover all postage costs, or postage will be deducted from the $500 store credit.

9. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via phone, email or the contact details provided on their entry ticket.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours a redraw may occur.

10. Identification Requirements

Winners may be required to provide photo ID or proof of purchase to claim the prize.

11. Publication of Winners

Winners may be announced in-store, on our website, or via our social media platforms.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion will only be used for:

  • administering the draw

  • contacting winners
    Information will not be shared or sold and will be managed in accordance with our privacy practices.

13. Redraws

If a winner cannot meet all Terms & Conditions, or does not wish to accept the prize, a redraw will occur until an eligible winner is selected.

14. General Conditions

  • The business is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the promotion.

  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
