Every transaction from 1st December 2024 5:30pm (ACDT) to 24th December 2024 4:00pm (ACDT) will go into the prize draw.

In store customers will fill out a ticket to enter when in store, online purchases will have their ticket filled out by one of our team members as their order is fulfilled.

All entrants will then be put into our grand prize draw (Drawn Christmas Eve 24th December 2024 at 4:30pm (ACDT). The grand prize being 3 x $500 (Total $1,500) RAA Travel Gift Cards.

Once the winner has been notified it is their responsibility to collect the gift cards within a reasonable time or organise for them to be posted in a reasonable time.
Once the gift cards have been accepted by the winner the responsibility of them and their use transfers over to the recipient. The relationship of them and their use will now be between them and RAA. RAA's terms as stated on the back of each gift card is as follows:

Please treat this card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded. This card has no value until activated. Once activated, it can be redeemed for the purchase of products or services in-person at any RAA Shop, or over-the-phone, as long as the purchase is not of excluded items (such as insurance products). This card can be used for full or part payment, but is not redeemable for cash or credit. No change will be given.
This card is not reloadable. For full terms and conditions and the list of excluded items please visit raa.com.au/giftcards. This gift card expires 3 years from the date of purchase listed below. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.
