DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Spray 3-6 pumps onto clean, dry skin focusing on areas such as your arms, legs, torso, and feet. Gently massage and leave on for maximum absorption or wash off after 20 minutes. Ideal to apply before bed to absorb overnight.
