Begin by gently massaging your feet with the nourishing balm, paying particular attention to the heels and other areas where the skin is dry or hard.
Put on your reflexology socks and let sit for at least 5 minutes for the balm to penetrate your skin.
Then use the wooden roller and gently massage your feet, locate the corresponding organs and body systems shown on your socks and apply the desired pressure.
Finally, fill a bowl or foot spa with enoughhot water and 2 or 3 foot bath spoons.
